The invention relates to a flavonoid derivative prodrug, which specifically uses the conditionally essential amino acid tyrosine of the human body as a linking arm, and uses three functional groups of tyrosine with different chemical properties: amino group, carboxyl group and phenolic hydroxyl group to connect polyethylene glycol respectively. Alcohol monomethyl ether, flavonoid derivatives and tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens, modified flavonoid derivatives into prodrugs with better physicochemical properties and targeting. The flavonoid derivative prodrug provided by the present invention exhibits strong anti-tumor activity against various tumor cells, including human leukemia cell K562, human liver cancer cell HepG2 and human colon cancer cell HCT-116, and is expected to be developed into a new anti-tumor cell drug. |
