abstract | The present invention relates to a method for catalyzing and synthesizing phenylboronic ester derivatives with iridium catalyst. The reaction is carried out in an organic solvent, and the phenylboronic acid ester derivative is obtained after post-treatment. Compared with the prior art, the present invention is simple and green, uses cheap, readily available and stable raw materials, halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons and pinacol borane, mild reaction conditions, and can obtain corresponding products in high yields in a non-inert atmosphere at room temperature. Good substrate universality, thus better ease of application. |
