titleOfInvention | Solid base catalyst of strontium and lanthanum supported by wollastonite and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a wollastonite-supported strontium and lanthanum solid base catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The solid base catalyst comprises a wollastonite carrier and strontium oxide and lanthanum oxide supported on wollastonite. In the process of supporting strontium oxide and lanthanum oxide on wollastonite, not only the active sites can be evenly distributed on the surface of the carrier, the agglomeration of the active sites is effectively avoided, the effective contact between the reactant molecules and the active sites is strengthened, and the catalyst has a relatively high performance. High catalytic activity, and the presence of the wollastonite support enhances the mechanical strength of the catalyst, reduces the loss of active sites due to mechanical stress caused by the collision of catalyst particles with other particles or the vessel wall, and strontium oxide (SrO) interacts with wollastonite. The reaction generates a new phase CaSrSiO 4 , thereby improving the immobilization rate of active sites, so that the catalyst exhibits good reuse stability. |
