abstract The invention discloses a composite nano-probe with targeted fluorescence/magnetic resonance dual-modal imaging and photothermal therapy functions and its preparation and application. AuNBP is first prepared by a seed growth method, and it is separated and purified to obtain pure AuNBP. AuNBP nanoparticles, then modified the surface of AuNBP nanoparticles with thiolated BSA, and used it as a stabilizer to modify Gd 2 O 3 nanoparticles and Au nanoclusters on the surface of AuNBP nanoparticles to obtain AuNBP‑Gd 2 O 3 /Au ‑dBSA composite nanomaterials, and finally the aptamer AS1411 was linked to the surface of AuNBP‑Gd 2 O 3 /Au‑dBSA to obtain AuNBP‑Gd 2 O 3 /Au‑dBSA‑AS1411 targeting composite nanoprobes. The AuNBP‑Gd 2 O 3 /Au‑dBSA‑AS1411 composite nanoprobe of the present invention has better biocompatibility, fluorescence stability and photothermal stability, and simultaneously has fluorescence/magnetic resonance dual mode imaging and photothermal stability The therapeutic function can be targeted to enter tumor cells, label and trace tumor cells, which is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
