A dilator for facilitating an endoluminal medical procedure within a neurovascular system, the dilator comprising: a flexible elongate body having a length extending along a length between a proximal region and a distal region a tubular body with a distal region having a tapered distal tip that tapers distally from a first outer diameter to a second outer diameter smaller than the first outer diameter, a single lumen extending longitudinally through a flexible The distal opening of the elongated body to the tapered distal tip, wherein the tapered distal tip has a first radiopaque marker positioned at the proximal end of the tapered distal tip and a distal end of the tapered distal tip. A second radiopaque marker at the end, the first radiopaque marker and the second radiopaque marker identify a tapered distal tip; and a proximal spine extending from the proximal region of the flexible elongate body. |
