The invention discloses a printed circuit board heat exchanger with a composite flow guide structure, which comprises a shell, a plurality of metal plates, two inlet pipelines and two outlet pipelines, wherein the metal plates are mutually laminated, and the adjacent metal plates form a heat exchange assembly of the printed circuit board heat exchanger in a diffusion welding mode; the invention adopts a mode of combining channel flow guide and discontinuous geometric boss flow guide, and can uniformly guide the heat exchange working medium flowing in from the inlet into each heat exchange micro-channel. |
