| abstract | The invention relates to a leather material, in particular to a leather material with wear-resistant self-cleaning function and application thereof. The leather material with the wear-resistant self-cleaning function is obtained by spraying, rolling, brushing or wiping treatment of a curable composition, wherein the curable composition comprises a component A and a component B; the component A comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 65-80 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin, 4-8 parts of a silicon-fluorine copolymer, 1.5-1.8 parts of matting particles, 15-20 parts of a solvent, 7-10 parts of a graphene compound and 1.2-5 parts of an auxiliary agent; the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of a defoaming agent, a film forming auxiliary agent, a flatting agent and a wetting agent; the component B is isocyanate. The curable composition can be well adhered to leather, the leather has excellent wear-resistant self-cleaning function, and the leather with the wear-resistant self-cleaning function can be applied to the fields of leather for living clothes, leather for furnishing decoration, leather for furniture, leather for industrial manufacture and leather for military industry. |
