The carboxyl-containing polyphenol compound secondary-doped polyaniline epoxy resin coating comprises an A component coating body and a B component coating body, wherein the mass ratio of the A component coating body to the B component coating body is (4-5): 1; the component A coating body comprises epoxy resin, carboxyl-containing polyphenol compound doped polyaniline, a filler, a leveling agent, an anti-settling agent, a thixotropic agent, a dispersing agent, an antifoaming agent, xylene and n-butyl alcohol; the B-component coating body comprises a curing agent and an epoxy diluent. The coating contains carboxyl-containing polyphenol compound doped polyaniline, the polyphenol can improve the compatibility of polyaniline with base materials and resin, the dispersion of polyaniline is facilitated, the adhesive force of the coating is improved, and the obtained coating is high-solid-content coating, good in dispersibility and good in corrosion resistance. |
