abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-aging PVC plate based on polyether-ether-ketone resin with a beta-diketone structure, which comprises the following steps: a. mixing materials: weighing 80-100 parts of PVC resin powder, 15-25 parts of polyether ether ketone resin containing a beta-diketone structure, 0.5-0.8 part of calcium-zinc macromolecular composite stabilizer, 2-5 parts of powdery titanate coupling agent and 20-40 parts of inorganic filler, adding into a mixer, heating and stirring, controlling the temperature of the mixer at 145 +/-5 ℃, the stirring speed at 1400 +/-100 r/min and the stirring time at 20 +/-2 min, and cooling to 50 +/-5 ℃ after the mixing is finished to obtain a mixture; b. extruding: b, putting the mixture in the step a into a screw extruder, and performing melt extrusion to obtain a semi-finished product; c. shaping and flat pressing: shaping and flat pressing the semi-finished product; d. cutting to length: and cutting the shaped and flat-pressed plate according to the requirement. The PVC board prepared by the method has better flexural strength, flame retardance, chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. |
