The invention provides preparation, raw materials, products and applications of photocoupling synergistic cross-linking hydrogel materials. Dissolve component A-the polymer derivative modified by o-nitrobenzyl-based light trigger in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution A, and dissolve component B-amine-containing polymer derivative or double-bond-containing polymer Derivatives or thiol-containing polymer derivatives are dissolved in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution B; solution A or solution B is added and mixed evenly to obtain a hydrogel precursor solution; the hydrogel precursor solution is irradiated by a light source. The o-nitrobenzyl group in part A simultaneously generates aldehyde group/ketone group or nitroso group for double crosslinking under light excitation, which can play a synergistic crosslinking effect. The present invention also provides a kit for preparing hydrogel, and the application of hydrogel material in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, 3D printing and as cell, protein or drug carrier. |
