The titanium glycol salt is irradiated on the porous titanium dioxide modified nano pearl powder particles through ultraviolet light, a nano-scale porous titanium dioxide structure is formed on the surface of the nano pearl powder, and a structure that the nano pearl powder is partially coated by the porous titanium dioxide structure is obtained. |
