The invention relates to a double-layer drug-coated blood vessel covered stent in the field of peripheral blood vessels. The invention consists of an inner surface covering, a metal stent, an outer surface covering and a developing structure, and the head end of the stent is a petal-shaped structure. The outer surface coating is composed of ePTFE and FEP, the inner surface coating is composed of ePTFE material, the inner surface coating is coated with heparin coating, and the outer surface coating is coated with paclitaxel or rapamycin coating. The heparin, paclitaxel or rapamycin coating on the surface of the product can prevent thrombus formation at the product contact site, and prevent the proliferation of vascular intima and restenosis. |
