abstract | The invention discloses a scratch-resistant and ultraviolet-resistant lens, which comprises a lens substrate, wherein the lens substrate is provided with a front convex surface and a back concave surface; a hardened coating coated on the front convex surface, the hardened coating having at least one silicon nitride layer; the anti-ultraviolet film layer is sputtered on the hardened coating in a vacuum manner and comprises a first cerium oxide layer, a second tantalum pentoxide layer, a third titanium dioxide layer, a fourth zirconium oxide layer and a fifth tin oxide layer; and an antibacterial metal ion layer ion-exchanged with the ultraviolet resistant film layer. According to the invention, the hard coating is hardened, the five ultraviolet-resistant film layers efficiently absorb and filter ultraviolet radiation, and the antibacterial metal ion layer cleans and sterilizes, so that the troubles of single function and poor ultraviolet radiation prevention effect of the conventional lens are avoided. |
