abstract The invention discloses an AOTF-based dual-detector ellipsoidal reflecting bowl receiving diffuse reflection spectrometer. The invention is based on the electric control light splitting characteristic of an acousto-optic tunable filter, realizes real-time spectrum calibration and light source performance detection by adopting dual-detector beam splitting reference calibration, increases the irradiation light energy by adding the space shielding for 0-level light, 2 light splitting sheets and a reflector to ensure that plus or minus 1-level diffraction light irradiates the same position on the surface of a sample together, places the sample at one focus of an ellipsoid reflecting bowl by adopting diffuse reflection type detection, and increases the receiving efficiency of the sample for diffusely emitting signal light by arranging a signal light receiving device at the other focus of the ellipsoid reflecting bowl; and the characteristic that the phase-locked circuit is insensitive to 0-level light is utilized to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of spectral detection.
