titleOfInvention | Plant grain weight related protein GmJAZ3, and coding gene and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a plant grain weight related protein GmJAZ3, and a coding gene and application thereof. The invention firstly provides application of GmJAZ3 in regulation and control of plant grain weight, wherein GmJAZ3 is protein shown in any one of the following formulas: (A1) a protein consisting of an amino acid sequence shown in sequence 2; (A2) the fusion protein is obtained by connecting the N end or/and the C end of the protein shown in the sequence 2 with a label; (A3) a protein which is obtained by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding one or more amino acid residues to the amino acid sequence shown in the sequence 2, has more than 90% of identity with the protein shown in A1), and has the same function. The GmJAZ3 and the coding gene thereof can improve the grain weight of plants and increase the yield of the plants, and are used for cultivating high-yield varieties. |
