abstract The invention provides a pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt crystal, a preparation method thereof and a composition containing the same. The pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt crystal has a diffraction pattern obtained by X-ray powder diffraction using Cu-Kα radiation at least at the following 2θ angles: 9.4°, 11.8°, 13.6°, 15.1°, 16.1°, 18.9°, 20.0°, 23.8°, 26.5°, 27.5°, 28.5°, the error of 2θ angle is ±0.2°, and there is no characteristic peak between 16.1° and 18.9°. The pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt with the above characteristic peaks has a stable crystalline structure and is not easy to absorb moisture, so it has high chemical and physical stability and is easy to store. In addition, it has good solubility and has ideal processing and application properties. Applications in medicine and cosmetics are relatively reliable.
