abstract | The invention discloses a method for co-producing hydroxycitronellal and hydroxycitronellol. The method comprises the following steps: the reactive rectification zone I, the common rectification zone and the reactive rectification zone II, which are connected from top to bottom, are used as a reactive rectification system, and citronellal and water carry out a hydration reaction in the reactive distillation zone II to prepare hydroxyl groups. Citronellal, citronellal and hydrogen react and hydrogenate in zone I of reactive distillation to generate citronellol, and citronellol enters zone II of reactive distillation for hydration reaction to obtain hydroxycitronellol. Citronellal is fed from the column bottom of reactive distillation zone II; water is fed from the column bottom of reactive distillation zone II; hydrogen is fed from common distillation zone. The invention uses citronellal as a raw material, and co-produces hydroxycitronellal and hydroxycitronellol by combining hydrogenation reaction, hydration reaction and rectification separation. The technological process is greatly simplified, and it has the advantages of high yield, less three wastes and high selectivity. |
