The invention belongs to the field of organic synthesis and discloses a silicon-centered chiral dihydrobenzosilole compound, which has the structure of general formula I: Wherein, R 1 and R 2 are each independently selected from alkyl, phenyl, cyclopropylmethyl or phenoxyethyl, or R 1 and R 2 form a or R 3 is selected from phenyl, benzyl, thienyl, naphthyl, benzofuran, N-methyl indole, morpholine or trimethylsilyl substituted phenyl; R 4 is selected from phenyl, substituted phenyl , methoxy-substituted pyridine, cyclohexyloxy, PhMe 2 Si, (EtO) 3 Si, triethylgermanium, boron pinacol, or R 5 is selected from halogen, alkoxy or benzene ring, and the benzene ring is condensed with the connected benzene ring to form naphthalene. The present invention also provides a method for synthesizing the compound. The products and methods of the present invention have broad application in synthetic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and materials science. |
