The invention provides a preparation formula of quinoa rice flour, comprising the following preparation materials in mass ratio: 50%-60% of rice, 30%-40% of quinoa, 5%-10% of corn starch, and 3%-5% of canna flour %, soybean lecithin powder 1%-2%, vitamin A 0.5%-1%, vitamin D 0.5%-1%; the rice flour of the invention has simple and easy-to-obtain raw materials, unique taste, high quinoa protein content, and corn starch and plantain. Taro rice has both the effect of medicated diet, plus vitamin A and vitamin D, which achieves nutritional balance and has edible curative effect. This is a nutritious and healthy rice noodle. |
