abstract |
An application of an oncogenic kinase marker in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer. The invention discloses the application of the oncogenic kinase STK39 in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer. The present invention finds for the first time the difference in the expression of STK39 in normal liver tissue and liver cancer tissue. The expression level of STK39 in liver cancer tissue is significantly higher than that in normal tissue, and patients with high STK39 expression have poor prognosis, suggesting that STK39 is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of liver cancer. Knockdown, knockout and inhibition of STK39 can significantly inhibit the growth and invasion of liver cancer cells, suggesting that STK39 can be used as a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer. The kits and technologies for examining the expression of STK39 can be applied to the diagnosis and prognosis prediction of liver cancer, and therapeutic strategies such as antibodies or small molecule inhibitors targeting the oncogenic kinase STK39 are expected to be applied in the treatment of liver cancer. |
