abstract An enterovirus universal nucleic acid detection kit of the present invention and a method for using the same, the kit comprises a nucleic acid amplification reaction solution, an enzyme mixture, an enterovirus universal reaction solution, a positive control and a negative control. The virus universal reaction solution is provided with an internal reference. The positive control is involved in the extraction and RT-PCR amplification process, and the extraction and amplification process is monitored. Internal controls can be used to monitor the process of sample collection, storage and transportation, and nucleic acid extraction to avoid false negative interpretation results.
