abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a permeable reactive barrier material, which comprises the steps of carbonizing municipal sludge and grinding to obtain municipal sludge carbon; adding hydrochloric acid solution into the municipal sludge carbon after the municipal sludge carbon is subjected to acid washing to react to obtain slurry; adding a sodium hydroxide solution into the slurry until the pH value of the slurry is 6.0-7.0, and centrifuging to obtain a first solid substance; washing and drying the first solid substance to obtain modified municipal sewage peat; adding the modified municipal sewage peat and the organic modified bentonite into a ball-milling mixing tank for mechanical mixing to obtain a blend; placing the blend on a granulator for granulation, synchronously spraying a water-soluble organic gluing solution during granulation to obtain a spherical mixture, and solidifying the spherical mixture to obtain a permeable reactive barrier material; the carbonized municipal sludge carbon is used for cleaning, activating and modifying the pore channel through acid washing, so that the adsorption capacity of the pore channel to heavy metal ions is increased, and the water-soluble organic gluing solution enables a composite substance formed by the mixture to have certain mechanical strength and high permeability. |
