abstract The invention relates to a reconfigurable radar target/interference simulator based on an FPGA (field programmable gate array) and an implementation method thereof, relating to the technical field of signal control. In the method, a radar signal processing task is divided into a convolution type interference function and a non-convolution type interference function, and a corresponding interference function is realized by using an FPGA; meanwhile, in the running process of the simulator, switching among the interference functions of the same type is realized through dynamic conversion, so that the reconstruction of the radar target/interference simulator is completed. Therefore, on one hand, the time required by reconstruction is saved, on the other hand, more complex functions can be realized on one FPGA, and the computing resources are saved. The reconfigurable radar target/interference simulator based on the FPGA has the advantages of simple structure, low implementation cost, simple and convenient implementation method and wide application range.
