abstract |
The present invention provides a sample measurement method which reduces the burden of preparing a reagent for inducing platelet aggregation of a sample when examining the platelet aggregation function of the sample, and which suppresses concentration variation due to the skill of an operator. The sample measuring method is used for measuring the platelet aggregation function of a sample, and comprises the following steps: a step S10 of automatically preparing a diluted reagent solution containing a reagent from the reagent for inducing aggregation of platelets in the sample and the diluted solution; step S11 of preparing a measurement sample containing a reagent at a predetermined concentration from the diluted reagent solution and the sample, and performing optical measurement of the measurement sample. |
