titleOfInvention ICP-OES analysis method for determining content of metal elements in coal ash sample
abstract The invention discloses an ICP-OES analysis method for determining the content of metal elements in a coal ash sample, which comprises the following steps: digesting a coal ash sample by mixed acid consisting of nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid to obtain residues, adding nitric acid or hydrochloric acid to dissolve the residues, analyzing and detecting by ICP-OES, and converting to obtain the content of any one or more of K, Na, Fe, Ca, Mg and Mn in the coal ash sample. The analysis method of the invention can obtain all results of coal ash component complete analysis within 4 hours of analysis time, and the standard solution is made from the standard coal ash sample, so that the perfect matching between the standard solution and the sample solution is easily realized, various complicated procedures of chemical analysis and a large amount of work for making various standard solutions in the national standard method are saved, the time, the cost and the labor are greatly saved, the analysis efficiency is improved, the analysis period is shortened, the pretreatment of the coal ash sample is simpler, and the coal ash sample is not easy to be polluted.
