Based on the above-mentioned primer set, the present invention establishes a second-generation sequencing library construction method for Cronobacter MLST typing traceability, and at the same time, one PCR can realize the amplification of 7 genes, which can be directly used for library construction, and the operation is simple. The invention can carry out the sequencing work more conveniently, accelerate the speed of MLST typing, and reduce the workload.
