titleOfInvention | Multifunctional buffer solution and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a multifunctional buffer solution and application thereof. The multifunctional buffer solution not only can effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms and inactivate viruses, bacteria or cells to be detected, but also can protect nucleic acid released after the lysis of the viruses, bacteria or cells and prevent the degradation of the nucleic acid by nuclease. More importantly, the buffer solution containing the nucleic acid to be detected can be directly used for carrying out routine QPCR detection or directly carrying out isothermal amplification detection such as RPA, HDA, LAMP and the like. The method does not need nucleic acid extraction, thereby reducing possible nucleic acid loss, improving the detection sensitivity and simplifying the detection steps. The multifunctional buffer solution ensures that the whole detection process does not need to open a cover to add a reagent or transfer the reagent, thereby avoiding cross contamination among samples as much as possible and avoiding infection to a detector. The multifunctional buffer solution can be transported at normal temperature, and cold chain transportation is not needed, so that the transportation cost is reduced. |
