titleOfInvention | Migratory locust serine protease 1 and its coding gene and application |
abstract | The invention discloses migratory locust serine protease 1, its coding gene and application. The present invention firstly clones the migratory locust serine protease 1 gene LmSPN1 from the migratory locust, and designs primers for the migratory locust serine protease 1 gene LmSPN1, synthesizes dsRNA for interfering with the migratory locust serine protease 1 gene LmSPN1, and injects the dsRNA Import migratory locusts to carry out RNAi on serine protease 1 gene LmSPN1 of migratory locusts. The results showed that the diapause of migratory locust could be regulated by interfering with the serine protease 1 gene LmSPN1 of migratory locust. The invention provides a theoretical basis for further understanding the diapause mechanism of migratory locusts and creating new biological pesticide preparations. |
