titleOfInvention Ink formulation, optoelectronic device and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an ink formulation, a photoelectric device and a preparation method thereof. The ink formulation includes: a first solvent, a second solvent and a functional material, the first solvent is selected from the general formula C n H 2n-8 and 9≤n<15 or C n H 2n-6 and 8≤n<15 The hydrocarbon solvent containing a benzene ring structure, the second solvent is selected from the hydrocarbon solvent containing a benzene ring structure with a general formula of C n H 2n-8 or C n H 2n-6 , 15≤n≤22, functional material The solubility in the first solvent is greater than the solubility in the second solvent. The two solvents with the above general structure and solubility characteristics are selected so that when the ink formulation is printed on the substrate to prepare a film-forming layer, the first solvent with a relatively low boiling point is first used in the drying process at room temperature or under low pressure or under heating. It starts to volatilize slowly, and as the volatilization progresses, its fluidity in the second solvent and the residual first solvent becomes poor, and then gradually precipitates out to form a uniform film layer.
