titleOfInvention | Hapten-modified carrier protein and application thereof in preparation of vaccine |
abstract | The invention discloses a hapten modified carrier protein and application thereof in preparing vaccines, wherein at least one hapten structure is chemically coupled and modified on the carrier protein, wherein the hapten structure is selected from one of rhamnose (Rha), Dinitrobenzene (DNP), galctose-alpha-1, 3-galctose (alpha Gal) and Phosphorylcholine (PC), the carrier protein is selected from one or more fusion proteins formed by bovine serum albumin, human serum albumin, ovalbumin, diphtheria toxoid, non-toxic mutants of diphtheria toxin, tetanus toxoid, keyhole limpet hemocyanin and bacterially expressed protein, and the carrier protein and the hapten structure react with each other to form a covalent bond. The hapten modified carrier protein can be recognized and combined by naturally existing antibodies in vivo to form a compound, and the phagocytosis, treatment and presentation of antigen presenting cells are promoted, so that the immunogenicity of vaccine molecules is effectively improved, and the antigen-related immune response is improved. |
