Mixing thiophene-1, 1-dioxane polymer with carbon black, using teflon as adhesive to make uniform thin sheet, attaching it on the metal current-collecting net as positive electrode, and using (C) x F 2x+1 SO 2 ) 2 N Li,C x F 2x+1 SO 3 Li,(C x F 2x+1 SO 2 )(C y F 2y+1 ) N Li or a mixture is used as an electrolyte, the N Li or the mixture is dissolved into a mixed solvent of dioxane, dioxolane and ethylene glycol dimethyl ether according to a certain proportion, a metal lithium sheet is used as a negative electrode, and a lithium secondary battery assembled by a positive electrode, the electrolyte, the solvent and the lithium negative electrode has high specific discharge capacity of 300Ah/kg to 2000 Ah/kg.
