abstract The invention discloses a non-invasive diagnostic marker for chronic drug-induced liver injury-related liver cirrhosis and its application. The peak area ratio or absolute quantification of metabolite peak area can be used to distinguish the chronic DILI liver cirrhosis group from the non-cirrhotic chronic DILI group by combining the five metabolites found. At present, liver biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. However, liver biopsy is related to patient compliance and patient contraindications, and it is sometimes difficult to perform; and because it is an invasive examination, it is difficult to be used for dynamic monitoring and early diagnosis of LC‑DILI method. The non-invasive diagnostic marker and its application provided by the present invention can replace the current common invasive liver puncture pathological examination, and have more robust clinical application value.
