titleOfInvention Horizontal liquid phase epitaxial graphite boat, growth system, epitaxial method and growth method
abstract The invention discloses a horizontal liquid phase epitaxial graphite boat which comprises at least one scraping device, wherein when a slide bar is pulled to a first preset position, the scraping device can scrape mother liquid retained on the slide bar; the absorption device can absorb the mother liquid retained on the slide bar when the slide bar is pulled to the second preset position; and when the slide bar is pulled, the slide bar firstly slides to the position where the substrate groove and the mother liquor detention groove are aligned, then slides to the first preset position, and finally slides to the second preset position. Growing a mercury cadmium telluride film on the substrate by the mercury cadmium telluride mother solution; pulling the slide bar to a first preset position, and scraping the mercury cadmium telluride mother solution retained on the slide bar by a scraping device; pulling the slide bar to a second preset position, and absorbing the mercury cadmium telluride mother liquor by using an absorption device; under the dual action of the scraping device and the absorption device, the residual tellurium-cadmium-mercury mother liquor is reduced, and the quality of the tellurium-cadmium-mercury film is improved. The invention also discloses a horizontal liquid phase epitaxial growth system, an epitaxial method and a growth method.
