abstract The invention provides a biological extraction method of resveratrol, which takes fresh giant knotweed rhizome root as a raw material to carry out biological extraction of resveratrol, has high polydatin and resveratrol contents in the raw material, and provides a new idea for the large-scale preparation of resveratrol. Specifically, fresh polygonum cuspidatum roots are cleaned and crushed, then added into deionized water, stirred and pulped, homogenized under high pressure, and subjected to first enzymolysis by utilizing lysozyme to obtain polygonum cuspidatum root pulp; preparing polygonum cuspidatum root slurry into a fermentation culture medium, inoculating acid-producing bacteria, fermenting for 15-18 hours, adding xylanase and beta-glucanase, performing secondary enzymolysis, irradiating for 5-8 minutes by electron beams, continuing to ferment for 10-12 hours, and centrifuging to obtain fermentation liquor; and finally, extracting the fermentation liquor by using the magnetic ionic liquid containing the carbon nano tube to obtain the resveratrol.
