abstract The present invention relates to a formamidinium-based perovskite and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the formamidinyl perovskite comprises the following steps: mixing metal halide, formamidinyl halide, dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare solution A; wherein, the metal halide in the metal halide Select from Pb, Sn, Mn, Bi, Ge, Cu or Sb; mix toluene, oleic acid and oleylamine to prepare solution B; add solution A dropwise to solution B to form nanocrystals. The preparation method of the above-mentioned formamidinium-based perovskite is simple in process, can be carried out at room temperature, and is synthesized by a one-step reaction method. In the present invention, specific types of solvents with one-dimensional nanorods are prepared by selecting specific types of solvents in solution A and solution B. Formamidinium-based perovskite with appearance; further testing shows that the formamidine-based perovskite is a monoclinic phase structure. The formamidinium-based perovskite emits blue light spectrum, and has stable luminescence and high luminous efficiency, which increases the blue light photoluminescence efficiency from the traditional 30% to 70%.
