titleOfInvention | Fluorodipyrrole fluorescent probe, preparation method and application thereof in viscosity detection |
abstract | The invention relates to a boron-dipyrromethene fluorescent probe, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in viscosity detection, in particular to a method for measuring intracellular viscosity by using a boron-dipyrromethene structure-based fluorescent molecular probe. The fluorescence of the fluorescent probe is weak in a low-viscosity system, and the fluorescence is enhanced in a high-viscosity solvent system such as glycerol, and simultaneously, the red shift phenomenon of an emission spectrum is accompanied to a certain degree. Therefore, the probe can be used for detecting the viscosity in different solvent systems. Meanwhile, the probe has good biocompatibility and low toxicity, can be used for detecting viscosity change in cells, and has specific positioning performance on mitochondria. |
