abstract | The invention relates to a compound containing a 1, 3-dioxolane dimeric dithiophene structure, a preparation method and application thereof. The compound has the structure shown in the formula (1) and the formula (2), and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting dry root of donkey-hide gelatin with ethanol to obtain ethanol extract; (2) subjecting the ethanol extract to silica gel column chromatography, and gradient eluting with n-hexane-acetone and petroleum ether-acetone as eluent in sequence to obtain fraction; (3) eluting the fraction obtained in the step (2) by using hydroxypropyl sephadex with chloroform-methanol, and finally obtaining the compound containing the 1, 3-dioxolane dimeric dithiophene structure by using preparative thin-layer chromatography. The invention provides the compound for the first time, and finds that the compound has wide application in the fields of pesticides and the like. |
