titleOfInvention Energy treatment method for household garbage
abstract The invention discloses a method for energy treatment of household garbage, which comprises the steps of adding alkaline substances into the household garbage, sorting out inorganic garbage and waste plastics to obtain organic garbage without the waste plastics, carrying out solid-liquid separation on the organic garbage, crushing the separated solid to obtain swill residues, extruding the crushed swill residues to obtain solid residues and extrusion liquid, wherein the moisture content in the obtained solid residues is 25% -35%, conveying the solid residues into a drying tank, twisting the solid residues into a crusher for crushing after drying is finished, adding anthracite, uniformly mixing, forming, carrying out reduced pressure dry distillation, separating out residual grease during the reduced pressure dry distillation process, obtaining tar along with the dry distillation, obtaining solid fuel after the dry distillation is finished, and respectively collecting the grease and the tar during the dry distillation process. The invention recycles the organic garbage in the household garbage, changes waste into valuable, obtains the solid fuel, and has the advantages of water content of less than 15 percent, sulfur content of less than 0.07 percent, heat value of more than 16.9 megacokes and good combustion performance.
