The invention discloses a catalyst for preparing liquid fuel by hydrodeoxygenation of lignin oil. Activated carbon with high specific surface area (referred to as AC) is selected as a carrier, and a step-by-step impregnation-ultrasonic dispersion method is used to prepare Ru and MoO x active phase highly dispersed The bifunctional catalyst Ru‑MoO x /AC. The synergistic effect of RuMoO x achieves effective hydrodeoxygenation of lignin oil under relatively mild conditions while suppressing carbon-carbon chain scission, significantly improving the activity of lignin oil hydrodeoxygenation and the stability of the catalyst. The yield of hydrocarbons was 56.93%, the yield of cyclohexanol/ether was 18.74%, and the yield of total hydrocarbons was 75.67% when used in real lignin oil hydrodeoxygenation to prepare high-quality liquid fuel. Due to the high dispersion of active nanoparticles, even at higher temperatures, hydrodeoxygenation does not easily lead to the aggregation of active particles and the activity decreases, and even when the Ru loading is low, it has high hydrodeoxygenation activity and good stability. |
