abstract | An antibacterial composition containing recombinant white-bodied spider toxin polypeptide and its application, wherein the antibacterial composition comprises active ingredient and adjuvant, the active ingredient is one or more of recombinant white-bodied spider toxin polypeptide U1, U3, U4 and U27, or white-bodied spider toxin polypeptide with homology of more than or equal to 80% with any polypeptide amino acid sequence of U1, U3, U4 and U27. The weight ratio of the recombinant white-gordon spider toxin polypeptide in the antibacterial composition is more than or equal to 5%. The active ingredients of the antibacterial composition containing the recombinant white high-foot spider toxin polypeptide U1, U3, U4 or U27 have high antibacterial activity on common microbial strains such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, aeromonas hydrophila, salmonella and the like, and the antibacterial activity on the staphylococcus aureus is obviously higher than that of the kanamycin which is the existing antibacterial medicament; is suitable for preparing antibacterial feed additives, storing fruit and vegetable seeds or preparing antibacterial drugs, and has good industrial application prospect. |
