In addition, the invention can also be applied to an automatic library building instrument. The technical scheme provided by the invention combines reverse transcription and multiple PCR amplification into one step, RNA library establishment and enrichment are rapid, simple and convenient, the RNA library establishment and enrichment time is shortened, and the library establishment efficiency is further improved.
