titleOfInvention | Hybridoma cell strain secreting monoclonal antibody resisting Spondin1, monoclonal antibody thereof and application |
abstract | The invention provides hybridoma cell strains secreting monoclonal antibodies against Spondin1 with preservation numbers of CCTCC NO: C202093 and CCTCC NO: C202094 respectively. The invention also provides a monoclonal antibody secreted by the hybridoma cell strain secreting the anti-Spondin 1 monoclonal antibody; the invention provides a kit containing the monoclonal antibody. According to the invention, 2 monoclonal antibodies aiming at different epitopes of Spondin1 are obtained by obtaining hybridoma cell strains secreting the anti-Spondin 1 monoclonal antibody, the specificity is strong, the sensitivity is high, the content of human backplane reaction protein Spondin1 in body fluid and tissues can be detected through pairing, and the method is applied to the detection of the overexpression of Spondin1 protein or the application of products for diagnosing diseases characterized by the abnormal expression of Spondin1 protein. |
