A high-adhesion mobile phone vacuum plating UV curing coating, wherein the primer comprises: difunctional urethane acrylate, octafunctional urethane acrylate, ethoxylated trihydroxy methyl propane triacrylate, dicyclopentadienyl acrylate, cellulose acetate butyrate, photoinitiator, flatting agent and organic solvent; the middle paint comprises: castor oil based hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate, cellulose nanocrystal modified polyurethane acrylate, tetrahydrofuran acrylate, dipentaerythritol penta/hexaacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate, a photoinitiator, a leveling agent and an organic solvent; the finish paint comprises: alicyclic polyurethane acrylate, polyurethane modified epoxy acrylate, isobornyl acrylate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, N' -bis (2, 6-diisopropylphenyl) carbodiimide, a photoinitiator, an organic solvent and a leveling agent. The coating of the invention has excellent mechanical properties. |
