titleOfInvention | Urethane-based epoxy compounds, methods for their preparation and applications |
abstract | The invention discloses a carbamate-based epoxy compound, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of synthesis of carbamate-based epoxy compounds. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of oligomers containing hydroxyl groups and epoxy groups; (2) preparation of epoxy group-terminated oligomers containing urethane structures. The epoxy compound prepared by the present invention can be cured by traditional ammonia and acid anhydride curing agents. When using ammonia curing agent to prepare the cast body, the resin gel time and operability time are significantly longer than the polyurethane resin of the same structure, and the mechanical properties of the cast body have the advantages of both epoxy resin and polyurethane resin, with high rigidity and good toughness. |
