titleOfInvention | Anionic water-based isocyanate curing agent and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an anionic water-based isocyanate curing agent and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of firstly synthesizing a sulfonic acid type hydrophilic modifier in a water phase; then carrying out reduced pressure concentration and drying at the temperature of 60-120 โ to obtain the sulfonic acid type hydrophilic modifier; and finally adding polyisocyanate and a catalyst, reacting for 3-5 hours at 80-100 โ, stopping the reaction until the system is completely clear and transparent, cooling and discharging. The NCO% content of the obtained water-based isocyanate curing agent is 16.0-21.5%; the solid content is 100%, and the viscosity is 2000-5000 mpa ยท s at 25 โ; the particle size after water dispersion is 100-180 nm, and the cost is far lower than XP 2655. After being compounded with the water-based hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersoid sold in the market, the paint film is smooth, full in color and luster, strong in adhesive force, and capable of reaching the standards in hardness, flexibility, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance and the like. |
