abstract | The invention discloses a phosphorylated chitosan derivative and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention adopts PBTCA (2-phosphate-1, 2, 4-butane tricarboxylate) as a phosphorus source, and the PBTCA reacts with EDC (1- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride) under a proper pH condition to generate unstable ester, then the unstable ester reacts with imidazole to form a stable compound, and finally the stable compound reacts with chitosan to generate the phosphorylated chitosan derivative. The method disclosed by the invention is safe and environment-friendly, can avoid the damage to human health in the production process of the traditional method and the environmental protection problem caused by the damage, and provides a new thought and way for the phosphorylation modification of chitosan. |
