abstract | The invention relates to a synthesis method of 1-phenyl-5-mercapto tetrazole, which comprises the following steps of (1) taking anilino sodium dithio-carboxylate and sodium azide as raw materials, water as a reaction solvent, an alkali solution as a catalyst, carrying out heating reflux reaction, and after the reaction is finished, carrying out acid neutralization on reaction liquid to obtain a crude product of 1-phenyl-5-mercapto tetrazole; (2) and (2) recrystallizing the 1-phenyl-5-mercaptotetrazole crude product obtained in the step (1) through a recrystallization solution to obtain a 1-phenyl-5-mercaptotetrazole finished product, wherein the recrystallization solution is a mixed solution of toluene and water. The 1-phenyl-5-mercapto tetrazole prepared by the method has high purity and safer reaction process, and is suitable for industrial production. |
