titleOfInvention An animal model of intestinal mucositis and its construction method and application
abstract The present invention relates to an animal model of intestinal mucositis and a construction method and application thereof. The construction method comprises: administering irinotecan to old world monkeys to obtain the animal model of intestinal mucositis. The present invention uses irinotecan for the first time in old world monkeys to construct an animal model of intestinal mucosa, which is similar to human intestinal mucositis patients and is also accompanied by symptoms such as delayed diarrhea, vomiting, salivation, loss of appetite, and decreased activity. Due to its high homology with humans, this animal model has the advantage of closer system affinity and cross-reactivity with specific biomolecules for humans. This model solves a series of evaluation requirements for the safety and effectiveness of drugs with side effects of irinotecan, and has extremely high application value.
