titleOfInvention | Solid phase extraction method of steroid hormone in serum or plasma |
abstract | The invention discloses a solid phase extraction method of steroid hormone in serum or plasma, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding an internal standard working solution into a serum or plasma sample, uniformly mixing, standing, adding methanol to precipitate protein, adding water to adjust the volume ratio of an organic phase to a water phase to be 1:2, and centrifuging to obtain a pretreated sample; (2) and (2) activating the solid-phase extraction plate hole, adding the sample pretreated in the step (1) into the activated solid-phase extraction plate hole, then sequentially treating the sample with eluent and eluent, collecting fractions treated by the eluent by using a collection plate, adding water into the collection plate hole, carrying out vortex mixing, and sealing the membrane. The extraction method of the invention can simultaneously obtain the 19 steroid hormones containing the whole steroid hormone metabolic pathway through one solid phase extraction treatment. |
