The invention relates to a method for synthesizing an unsymmetrical disulfide compound. The invention uses convenient and easy-to-obtain mercaptans and symmetrical disulfide compounds as raw materials, and efficiently synthesizes asymmetric disulfide compounds under the catalysis of palladium salts or copper salts. The method has the advantages of readily available raw materials, simple catalytic system, convenient operation, good functional group compatibility, and high yield. This method is especially suitable for selectively introducing disulfide bonds in complex substrates, and will be widely used in pharmaceutical and food industries. |
